 2 tbsp Sport Kitchen High Protein Cappuccino Or Kood Foods Whey Protein- Vanilla
 1 cup Liquid Milk
 ½ cup Oat Flakes with Chocolate
 Oat Crispies Chocolate
 Decorate with Banana Slices

Place the Cappuccino in a large bowl.

Pour in the milk and whisk well with the balloon whisk until the Cappuccino has dissolved.

Add the Oat Flakes with Chocolate, whisking gently with a rubber spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
