 1 cup Dates, Pitted
 ¼ cup Water
 ½ cup Pecan, Grated
 1 tbsp Ginger Powder
 ¼ cup Kölln Oat Crispies Honey

Put the dates in a bowl. Pour over the water and mix with your hands very well until softened.

Add the pecan, ginger, and Oat Crispies Honey and mix well to a consistent dough.

Shape into balls evenly.

Coat the balls thoroughly with grated pecan.
