Mushroom Cream Soup

 2 tsp Butter
 ¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
 1 cup Mushrooms
 1 tsp Oregano
 2 cups liquid milk
 ½ cup Kölln Soluble Oats
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
 Chives, to garnish

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Add the onion and mushroom and sauté until soft.

Stir in the oregano.

Add the milk and Soluble Oats.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Using the hand-held stick blender, blend the soup until smooth and creamy.

Serve the soup in bowls, garnished with mushroom slices and chives.
