Protein Cookies

 1 Egg
 ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
 1 ½ tbsp Coconut Butter
 1 Sport Kitchen Peanut butter & White chocolate Protein Oats
 ½ tsp Baking Powder

Put the egg into a bowl. Add the vanilla, coconut butter, Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Protein Oats, and baking powder.

Using your hands, mix everything well until it becomes a consistent elastic dough.

Shape the dough into cookies.

Place the cookies, spaced well apart, on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.

Bake at 175°C for 8 12 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
