High Protein Pancake

 1 Egg
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ cup Liquid Milk
 1 cup Kölln Soluble Oats
 Butter
For topping cream
 Greek Yogurt
 1 tsp Honey
 High Protein White Chocolate Mocha Or Kood Foods Whey Protein- Vanilla

Using the hand-held stick blender, whisk together the egg, vanilla, baking powder, salt, milk, and Soluble Oats until smooth and creamy.

To make the pancake, heat a frying pan, lightly greased with butter.

Working one at a time, ladle the batter into the pan, tilt it gently so the batter spread evenly to a disc shape. Carefully lift up the pancake with a spatula and flip it over to cook the other side.

Remove from the pan, keep on a plate, while you cook the remaining pancakes.

To make the topping cream, put the Greek yogurt in a bowl. Add the honey and High Protein White Chocolate Mocha and whisk well.

Serve the pancakes topped with the cream and a sprinkling of grated chocolate.
