Oatmeal Cookies

Yields1 Serving
 1 ¼ cups Kölln Oat Flakes with Chocolate
 ½ cup Flour
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ cup Coconut Oil
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
 ½ cup Kölln Crunchy Honey - Nut Oats

Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Add the coconut oil, egg, vanilla and honey-nut oat granola and mix well until they come together into a consistent dough.

Using your hands, shape the dough evenly into cookie shape.

Place the cookies, spaced well apart on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.

Bake in the oven for 15 20 minutes on 350°F.

Remove and arrange on the serving tray. Let cool and serve.
