Chicken Jareesh

Yields1 Serving
 1 tsp Ghee
 ¼ cup Chopped Onion
 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
 1 tsp Tumeric
 ½ tsp Black Lumi
 ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ cup Chicken, Boiled & Pulled
 2 cups Chicken Stock
 ½ cup Kölln Soluble Oats Flakes

Heat the ghee in a pot.

Add the onions and sauté until soft.

Add the tomato paste, turmeric, Lumi, black pepper, and salt, and give it a good stir to incorporate.

Add the crumbled chicken and chicken stock and stir everything, allowing the flavors to blend.

Cover and cook.

Uncover, add the Soluble Oat Flakes and stir well. Cook for a few minutes further.

Serve the Jareesh garnished with chopped onions.
